60 C with mild detergents which don't contain strong active chemical
admixtures. |

wet pieces on another and don't press together. |

to remove dirst, choose the ones which do not contain bleaching agents

If it's neccesary to wash the embroideried
pieces at 95 C, it's recommended to use detergents without bleaching
and/or whitening agents and wash for a short period. |
 |
Don't embroider on a fabric that is sized
or that has finishing resine residue on first remove the residue form
fabric by washing 60 C and then embroieder fabrics covered with aforementioned
residue shouldn't be washed together with embroidered pieces. |
 |
Keep embroidery theads away form excesive
humidity, temparature and direct sunlight during the storage. |

Linings which dissolve in cold water should
be prefened the lining dissolving should preferebly cerried out at
30 C |

In case of using lining which dissolves
in hot water, dissolving should be done at 98 C in clear water and
the product should pass throug or passed through the tenter the light
shades can be effected form darke shades |

Sample embroidery should be done and all
processes should be carried out prior to bulk production |
 |
The embroidery should be done on piecdyed
fabric if the fabric is going to be piece dyed since piece dyeing
could effect the color of embroidery thread ( such a optical white
) |
