Epiriler Tekstil Inc.
produces viscose and polyster embroidery, schiffli and guipure threads for
high speed machines with the policy of "in reliable quality, in time,
in suitable market prices" since 1971. 100 tones per month ecru and
dyed threads are produced and shipped from our factory that covers 15.000
square meter in door area.
With ISO-9001 certification and system operations, we operate at the international
standarts, and we have been offering quality service to our customers at
home and abroad.
We extremely value the importance of human health and the environment, with
this in mind now we hold Eko-Text-100 certification. Our wastewater is disposedthrough
the threatment plant.
With the use of reactive dyes for viscose and dispers dyes for polyester,
our production is accomplished in the maximum strength colorfast and minimum
friction by dyeing technologies and international standarts.
In our viscose embroidery color card, there are 400 standart colors for
30 No. and 360 standart colors for 40 No. and in our polyster embroidery
color card there are 288 standart colors PES . We ship most of the orders
on the same day from our factory.
Besides the existing standart colors in our color cards, we are ready to
meet your sample requirements through our lab HT's, 1 kg. and 2 kg. in weight
for laboratory dying in international pantone colors.
Depending on your choice, our threads will be wounded on 3.30 reduction
spool with 500 gr or 1.000 gr, on king spool with 2.500 m. or 5.000 m, and
7500m. on reels with 100 gr. |
